Liverpool is by far one of the best nights out in the country and the word is getting round fast as the tourist figures increase year in and year out.

Lots and Lots to do in Liverpool and something for everyone, young, Elderly, in between and it has such a wide range of Bars and Restaurants to choose from. Mathew Street and Concert Square continue to impress the tourists and act as a magnet for weekend revellers.

Liverpool is a big City and it offers other venues in other areas, such as Lark Lane were a range of old fashioned pubs to more modern bars and again many different cafe`s and Restaurants. Situated not far from Liverpool`s Sefton Park and a 5 minute Taxi ride to the City Centre. Allerton Road is again another emerging place for tourists and is near to Penny Lane, of course made famous by The Beatles. A must see for anyone visiting the City and a definate for Beatles fans.

Hardman Street is safely on the Map and midweek is mainly a student only zone but at a weekend it`s a great place to enjoy the nightlife and The Philamonic Pub has the best Toilets you are likely to ever spend a penny in. Albert Dock near the centre of Liverpool is based on the waterfront by the Liverpool Echo Arena and hosts some really trendy bars and clubs. It also offers a fantastic view in tranqual settings and is a big part of Liverpool`s History.

E2A can arrange Taxi`s to and from all of the Trendy nightspots and can offer guidance of areas to visit.

MATHEW STREET -

The Cavern Club - The original Cavern Club has been closed for some years now but many popular bands and indeed Paul Macartney himself sang here back in 1999. Other bands like The Artic Monkeys and with a front and a back stage it attracts some really good Live Bands. A good night out and in Prime location. Next to this venue is the famous Cavern and every tourist must visit here as a tribute to the most famous band of all time THE BEATLES.

Flares - Most stag and Hen partys will visit here in fancy dress with big Glasses some really old fashioned dress and a big curly wig. Flares is a venue that you can have a good night of fun and let the hair down atmosphere. It offers a dance floor that radiates some great colourful lights.

The Rubber Soul - 70`S and 80`s music and a tick on the box of a call in to dance along the famous Mathew Street strip of bars. Enjoy a Live televised Event in the comfort of its traditional surroundings.

Flanagans - Live music and wooden floors and a good old fashioned Irish Bar. This is one of the few places were you can still enjoy a handle pint glass. It has a good atmosphere with a definate Irish feel.

Remeniss - More of a late 90`s feel and offers a great party atmosphere and again great for groups or Stag and Hen partys. The Mathew Street tick box includes here and you can REMENISS the sounds of the 90`s along the way.

Mathew Street conclusion - A few bars mentioned but E2A recommend that everyone visiting the city should enjoy a night out around Mathew Street. The Mathew Street area has far too many bars to mention and is more like a holiday strip that is totaly pedestrianised. There are also many bars around the area such as Stanley Street ( gay quarter ) and Victoria Street were many more bars and Restaurants are available.

Overall Liverpool is such a great place to visit that you cannot go wrong for entertainment value and it has a warm and friendly atmosphere. Hen and Stag partys are here but blend in with a massive diverse amount of tourists and locals.

CONCERT SQUARE -

Concert Square is situated in the centre of Liverpool and the square is surrounded by many Liverpool bars. The square, like Mathew Street gets really busy and is a good meeting place should anyone get lost. There are Pubs and bars and clubs all around this area and of a weekend it is pedestrianised and Policed. The square leads onto the surrounding Slater street and Wood street and also Fleet street. Not far again is the lively Seel street and Duke street. Hanover Street is located towards the bottom of the square and again has Pubs and Restaurants here.

Most of the restaurants close at around 1 a.m but there are fast food chains open 24 hour, such as Macdonalds, Subway and many Kebab Shops. Bold street is parallel to the square and leads up towards Hardman Street and the locally known Bombed out Church. Liverpool was heavily bombed during the war against Germany and the church roof was destroyed but the walls of the Church remained. This is a listed building and is a good meeting point that everyone knows.

Walkabout - A large bar that is prodominately in the square and plays modern music and is a must for the young and trendy.

Holy Joes - Surrounding the square and has a modern feel to it, the dance music compliments a fine decor to give you that special feeling.

The Office - A definate young feel to these premises and so if your older than 20 years then you may feel a tad too old. If your not then its an ideal young and trendy place with loud modern music.

Alma De Cuba - (seel st) - This place is really a classy outfit and the decor here is second to none. It is spacious and trendy with a long bar and plenty of room both upstairs and down. It does get busy and there may be a queue to enter.

Reflex - Plays some great sounds and everyone is really friendly, its situated in the square towards Bold street.

Funky Box -  Open until 7 a.m and is for those people who refuse to go home early. It is situated on fleet street and near to Hanover street.

Conclusion - The square is busy and full of Trendy Bars to choose from. We have mentioned all but a few and tried to give some meeting points. Young and Trendy, Loud and Noisey, Everyone always ends up here at some stage in the evening
