TAXI ACCOUNT FOR BUSINESS USERS.
The Company: E2a Cabs was established in 2010 after the Liverpool hackney trade was suffering with popularity with the Liverpool residents and some local businesses. The idea was to offer the liverpool residents and local businesses a service that would sway them to start using the Liverpool hackney carriages again. We have opted for drivers committed to this cause and those drivers that care about the reputation and public hire of Liverpool hackneys.
We have done this and continue to do this by offering a high service at a discounted rate and a more beneficial service than the one they receive now. With every booking the meter is deployed with the prices set by Liverpool city council clearly displayed on it. We have taken away any waiting time by running the journey on `stopped `. At the end of the journey we offer every customer 10% off the meter price.
We offer 20% off for senior citizens and business staff with 0% on every fare.Our company is continuing to make partnerships with businesses and offer our service with a company account.
Dispatch Centre: Our office is staffed 24 hours every day of the year.
Availability:E2A Cabs Limited has Liverpool licensed taxis which are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 365 days a year. All of our taxis are wheelchair accessible to assist in the transportation of disabled persons.
Services: We pride ourselves on the service provided to all our customers but more especially to account customers to whom we give a priority service. Taxis are used mainly for the transportation of people but for a small additional charge, we can deliver small, unaccompanied parcels and letters.
Charges: We do not charge for any administration fee to any local business at present.
Fixed Prices: Out-of-area journeys to destinations such as London, Birmingham and Southampton etc can be agreed prior to the journey’s commencement. Charges to or from Manchester Airport are fixed by the company so you know in advance the journey cost.

1) You and your staff will receive a high quality service and will be safe and secure.
2) You will receive a fully itemised monthly invoice detailing;
- a) The time and date of the journey.
- b) The name of the person travelling.
- c) The destination.
- d) The Invoice number.
3) No longer will you require to be concerned with petty cash vouchers and unreadable torn, dirty receipts for taxi journeys.
Security: After an account is opened customers are provided with an account code and a four -digit pin number. Each separate department within your company can be provided with a pin number unique to that department. This allows your company Accountant to easily check each department’s spend on taxis.
Your account cannot be used unless your code and pin are quoted at time of ordering taxi
The security of your account rests with you.
Technology: E2A Cabs Ltd dispatches fares to the nearest available taxi using the latest Global Positioning system technology (G.P.S).
Drivers: All of our drivers are licensed and vetted by Liverpool City Council and require to undergo a test of their knowledge of the city streets before being licensed. They are selected for their pro active, helpful and positive nature.Each driver is given a unique system login number and pin number so that we know who is driving any taxi at any given time.
