F.A.Q - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

At E2A TRAVEL our aim is to give our customers the best quality service possible. We have composed some frequently asked questions to our call centre and listed them below. We hope that these questions and answers help with your Enquiry or Booking.

 

  1. Q - Can your company take care of Transfers anywhere in the country?
  2. A - Yes.we can take our customers to or from any destination in the Country.
  3. Q - Can you accommodate a small child in you Taxi`s?
  4. A-  Yes,The arm rest in the rear of the Taxi converts into a Child booster seat and we have baby seats available on request.
  5. Q - How will I know where and if you will be waiting if my flight is delayed?
  6. A - We will monitor your arrival time from the flight number you gave the consultant when your booking was made. You will be given a telephone number and reference number on a booking confirmation sheet with instructions should any unforeseen problems arise.
  7. Q - How many people can I book and how many will I be able to fit into a Taxi?
  8. A - We will accommodate any number of customers and each Taxi can take up to 5 people with 1 suitcase (luggage) each.
  9. Q - Can I hire a Taxi for the day to take me around different places in Merseyside and Manchester?
  10. A - Yes, We would need a list of destinations and the furthest destination the transfer would be going and then we would offer you the Taxi at a fixed price for the hours and route you require.
  11. Q - Would you be able to sort out Accommodation for me and a Taxi to and from it?
  12. A - We are a One Stop Shop for Liverpool and have Partnerships with many different Apartments and Hotels in Liverpool and Manchester. We would offer you accommodation to choose from that best suites your budget and incorporate your Taxi`s to and from it.
  13. Q - What happens if I cancel at short notice and do I get a full refund?
  14. A - If you cancel at short notice then a charge will apply (see refund policy) and you will get a part refund, but if you give us 24 hour notice then you would get a full refund.
  15. Q - Can my business open an account with you and get a good rate?
  16. A - Yes, If you are regularly using our services then we would endeavour to reward your loyalty and set you up with an account.
  17. Q - Do you employ your Taxi meter on short journeys?
  18. A - Yes, we have to by the laws enforced by The Council but we then give a percentage discount to make sure you get the best rate possible. We offer 10% discount off the total fare for all Liverpool to Liverpool fares unless you have specifically asked for a Pre Booked fixed fare rate.
  19. Q - Are your drivers qualified Taxi drivers?
  20. A - Yes, all of our drivers have been selected from professional Liverpool City Council Taxi Drivers and have all been CRB Vetted and passed medicals and Street Knowledge tests, they have also vast experience to make sure your journey is as smooth and professional as they can be.
