Accommodation -

E2A Work with Serviced City Pads and the terms of use and booking procedures and terms and conditions and refund policies should be sought from the serviced city pads website at www.servicedcitypads.co.uk .

Activities -

E2A Work with many Liverpool Activity Companies and each company has its own booking and Terms of use. E2A will arrange all of our customers any activity should they agree with the terms and conditions of use.

E2A TRAVEL -

Executive Travel -

E2A work closely with instyle Travel for all of our executive transfers and any terms of use and booking arrangements will be arranged and explained by the Instyle Executive Travel team.

E2A CABS -

E2A Cabs are fully licensed Liverpool City Council vehicles and all of our drivers are fully Licensed drivers. The Taxi By Laws are set by the council and all of our drivers abide by these rules. Any Pre booked Fixed Fare prices are for jobs exiting the Liverpool Boundary.

OFF THE METER DISCOUNTS

E2A deploy the meter on all local Liverpool jobs and offer a percentage discount at the end of the journey. Sun 0600 - Fri 0600 20% off the meter price for Liverpool Students.20% off for O.A.P 24/7.The driver has the right to ask for proof of identity before discount is given.The discount is for any location within the Liverpool boundary and does not stretch out of the boundaries. It is the responsibility of the passenger to inform the driver before the journey is started if traveling out of the Liverpool boundary.

REFUSAL OF TRAVEL

The driver has the right to refuse any persons acting in a manner that would threaten the safety of the Vehicle,occupants or the Driver himself. The driver has the right to refuse services for any person or persons intoxicated through drink or drugs. The driver has the right to refuse travel due to excess baggage or luggage that interferes with the safety of travel and vehicle weight restrictions. The vehicles are licensed to carry 5 passengers and a child booster seat is available in the arm rest of each vehicle. A child safety seat is available on request. It is the responsibility of the Customer to make the booking agent/driver aware of any such requirements

Fouling Charge £25

The driver has the right to enforce a fouling charge of £30 for any fouling inclusive of sickness, excrement or any other fouling that was performed by the passengers. A clearly displayed Liverpool City Council Tariff sheet will be displayed in all cabs and the fouling charge evident on it.

Payments.

E2A CABS have cabs available with a chip and pin service on request.A charge by the credit card supplier is added to the total of the fare. Pay Pal is available on request for any pre booked journey and the terms and conditions are explained via email from pay pal. Cash to the driver should only include sterling and not all drivers will except euros. Those drivers that do except Euros will charge a handling fee of the percentage of buy back at the time. The correct amount of monies for the fare must be paid for the services given. Any disputes or queries should be taken up with E2A afterwards and the matter will be investigated by a company director. Refusal of the fare may end in criminal prosecution and possible arrest by the police.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS.

BOOKING AN E2A CAB.

E2A Recommend that a fully detailed enquiry via email is made before a booking is made. The email should include the following details : Date of Travel, Number of Passengers, Amount of Luggage, The destination ( one way or each way and where to ). The number of drop offs e.g one stop or more etc Any special requirements e.g Baby Chair, Wheelchair from terminal etc The prefered method of travel e.g Taxi, Mercedes or Galaxy Grand voyageur etc Any delays e.g wait and return, stop en route etc etc.

Prices.

E2A Airport prices are based on a one stop drop off to destination and a surcharge will be applied if the passenger requires more. The prices are fixed but if you have a quote from another reputable organisation then E2A will do its best to better it.

Please note Babies are Passengers and the Vehicles are Licensed to carry 5 passengers inclusive of Children and Babies.

E2A - No Charge for flight delays

All Payments made are via a secure server.

Illustrations, photographs and description on the website, brochures, pricelists or documents serve merely as a guide and will not be binding.

The company reserves the right to make use of sub contractors to provide the Executive Travel service to the passengers. These sub contractors will be able to provide a high quality of service and will be licensed and comply with the regulations stipulated with the Liverpool License Public Transport Office.

No reservation is considered as accepted until confirmed by email and the passenger has been issued with reference number.
